Nightly:

• $25 per night; (includes all children, 2 adults, 1 RV, and 2 cars).

Short Term Weekly:             

(For stays between 6 and 25 days)

• $140 per week ($20 per night); (includes all children, 2 adults, 1 RV, and 2 cars).

Short Term Monthly:           

(For stays between 25 and 180 days)

• $560 per month ($18.66 per night); (includes all children, 2 adults, 1 RV, and 2 cars).

Long Term Monthly: 

(For stays of 90 days or more; required for stays of more than 180 days;) 

Requires a Lease Agreement and prior Short Term Monthly stay of at least one (1) month.  The deposits will be returned to tenant according to terms in the Lease Agreement. Management approval is required.

OPTION 1:

• Space w/ Elec. : $560 per month ($18.66 per night); (includes all children, 2 adults, 1 RV, and 2 cars);(includes electricity; billed in advance of each month). $0 deposit.   

OPTION 2: (electricity and shared internet billed separately; $150 deposit required)

• Space w/ Metered Elec.: $400 per month ($13.33 per night); (includes all children, 2 adults, 1 RV, and 2 cars; billed in advance of each month).
• Plus Metered Electricity: by the kWh, at APS rates. (rate subject to change according to APS; billed at the end of each month).
• Plus Service Charge: $10 per month service charge; 

Additional Fees may apply: 

• Additional Guests: $3 per additional adult (beyond 2) per night; (4 adults max to a space); $2 per additional adult for spaces with long term agreements.
• Additional cars: $5 per car per night; (parking restrictions enforced); $100 per car per month for long term agreements.
• Propane tank swap: $19  for 4.5 gallon tanks and $24 for 7 gallon tanks.
• Drinking Water bottle swap: $2.50 per 3 gal. bottle; or $3 per 5gal.bottle. (See rule about water in ParkRules)
• Mail forwarding charge: $10 per month; limit 1 month (See rule about Mail in ParkRules).
• Storage Shed (10×10): $25 per month (when available).

*(Taxes not included in short term stays ; All spaces include water, waste disposal, shared Internet, and a public bathroom. “Hookups”, as used above, include electricity and septic at the space. Natural gas {for spaces 1 and 14 only}, propane, and high speed internet services are also available through UniSource, FlamePropane, and CenturyLink respectively)
