A quaint little RV park next to old-town Cottonwood AZ.
In the center of our Park we have a Common Area. The newly remodeled Club House has a kitchen offering free coffee and tea; it houses luxurious couches, chairs, and tables; the grand living room cabinetry holds books, 3D puzzles, games, video games, toys, a TV etc.; also, a well maintained Foosball table, and a public computer for browsing the internet are also available for all to use. A grassy area outside the Club House provides space for a permanent fire ring. To the side of the Club House is another area with a Picnic table and a professional grade BBQ grill (propane grill, charcoal grill, searing burner, and smoke box all in one). The laundry room and toilet room squeeze in as part of the central common area as well.
Our Recreation Center is complete with a kitchenette, a Foosball table, a hutch filled with books, games, puzzles, videos, and video games. The center also has a computer to access the internet, WiFi, couches, a gas fire ring, a propane and charcoal BBQ with smoker, and off to the side is a small WC (sorry, no showers).
Our recreation area houses a custom Foosball table for kids and competitors alike. It’s not a Tornado table, but it’s not a piece of crap either. You’re bound to bump into the park owners there too!
A washer and dryer is available for everyone’s use. (Currently cold water only, but hot water will be added soon.)
The office has a number of propane tanks available for exchange at a reasonable charge. (See Rates).
Both 3 gallon and 5 gallon water bottles are available for exchange at the front office for a small fee (see Rates).
A garden is available for all guests and tenants to plant and share the veggies of their choice. Management attempts to organize Nightcaps and other activities such as Foosball tournaments and Nutrition discussions regularly, upcoming events will be posted here .
About a half a mile of trails have been blazed in and around the property. There is a lot to explore, just watch out for the wildlife…
